Go LIVE with a team behind you.
We're building a small roster of TikTok LIVE creators in Canada and the US. Tell us about your streams in two minutes. A real person reads every application and replies either way.
Stream on your schedule. Get support where creators usually go it alone.
Support below is illustrative. The agency confirms what it actually offers before any real recruiting starts.
A manager who knows LIVE
One point of contact for scheduling, feedback on streams, and questions about TikTok's LIVE rules.
Stream planning
Help picking time slots, formats and collaboration streams that fit the content you already make.
Community & check-ins
Regular check-ins with other creators on the roster, so you're not figuring out every change alone.
Who this is for
- You meet TikTok's current requirements to go LIVE, including the minimum age of 18. In many regions TikTok also sets a follower minimum. Check the LIVE option in your app.
- You live in Canada or the United States. Applications from elsewhere are reviewed case by case.
- You can stream at least a few hours a week. New streamers are welcome to apply.
TikTok sets and changes its own LIVE eligibility rules. Joining an agency never changes them.
Questions creators ask
Does applying cost anything?
No. Legitimate agencies don't charge creators to apply or to join. Be careful with anyone who asks you to pay a fee to be signed.
Will I earn a set amount?
No one can promise LIVE earnings. What you earn depends on TikTok's programs, your audience and how often you stream. We won't quote income figures.
What happens after I apply?
A person reviews every application. If it's a fit, we'll message you to book a short call. If it isn't right now, we'll tell you that too.
Do I need to be big already?
No. Newer creators can apply. You do need to meet TikTok's own requirements to go LIVE.
Can I have my application deleted?
Yes. Ask through the contact method you gave us and we'll delete it.

How this recruitment system works
This page explains the concept in plain language: the problem, the funnel, what runs automatically, and what it would take to use it for real.
The problem
When a creator announces they're starting a LIVE agency, interest usually arrives as scattered DMs and comments. Someone then has to ask each person the same questions, copy answers into notes, notice when the same person writes twice, chase people for availability, and remember who is waiting on a reply. That work grows with every post and is easy to lose track of.
The proposed funnel
- A creator sees a recruiting post or storyThe post links to one application page instead of "DM me".
- They fill in a two-minute applicationThe same questions every time: username, country, experience, interests, availability, contact preference, consent.
- The system checks and sorts itInvalid answers get clear errors. Repeat applications are caught. Each one gets a suggested stage with the reasons shown.
- The team reviews the shortlistA person moves applicants to Interview, Approved or Declined. Nothing is decided automatically.
- Interview and onboardingQualified creators get the agency's booking link for a short call, then an onboarding checklist once approved.
The automation behind it
Runs on n8n (an automation tool) with Google Sheets as the database. Any errors are written to their own log so nothing fails silently. The suggested stage uses two visible rules (experience and weekly availability) and is never a final decision.
Where it saves effort
| Task | Usually | With this system |
|---|---|---|
| Collecting answers | Asked one DM at a time | Same form for everyone |
| Record keeping | Copied into notes by hand | Saved to one sheet automatically |
| Repeat applicants | Noticed only if you remember | Flagged on arrival |
| Who to look at first | Whoever messaged last | Shortlist with reasons |
| Status tracking | In your head or a chat thread | One pipeline from New to Onboarded |
These are the steps the system removes. How much time that saves depends on application volume, which hasn't been measured for this concept.
What a real launch would need
- The agency's real name, the support it actually offers, and its own booking link for interviews.
- A privacy notice naming who holds applicant data, how long it's kept and how to request deletion (PIPEDA in Canada; US state laws where applicable).
- The agency's own Google Sheet and n8n account, so applicant data belongs to the agency.
- A final check of TikTok's current LIVE and agency rules before recruiting.
- About a day of setup and testing once those details are confirmed.
